John Deere 40 series | re-release

Changes

• Added  Grandpa Steps option while keeping the original Factory Steps available. *
• Cleaned up Standard US wheel configuration behavior.
• Updated Standard US rear rim setup to use a cleaner John Deere rim. *
• Changed all variants to a normal era steering wheel. *
• Removed unused wheel/shader files and duplicate shader references.
• Removed unused texture/assets that were no longer referenced.
• Cleaned up empty folders and unnecessary packaged files.
  
• Resized large dirt/wear textures to reduce overall mod size.
• Fixed 3 point hitch on 4040.xmls.
• Removed original step support bar from frame for cleaner looking grandpa steps.
• Changed how the US version looked around coolers/radiator area.
• Adjusted exhaust pipes and intake pipes positions.
• All options have cab indicator amber lights now
• Couple unneeded tire brands were removed
• Tire brands match actual tire sidewalls now.
• A lot of tweaks, odd and ends that I'm forgetting!

The EU version actually has a different engine altogether (359 vs the 404) but I don't think I'll deep dive that far. The big frame tractors (4640 and 4840) are only longer in the nose cone area, and taller overall (bigger rear end with only 1000 rpm PTO, wheel/tire options). Hope you like the changes!
